Welcome to the Duane Riley State Farm Agent office in Louisville, KY! I began my journey with

State Farm in 1989 and served various roles before opening the doors to my own agency in 2003.

Now, my team and I proudly serve the insurance needs of our Good Neighbors in Louisville,

Prospect, Middletown, and beyond. We also assist State Farm customers in Southern Indiana.

With over 35 years of experience in the industry, I’m well-equipped to assist you with State Farm’s

wide range of comprehensive insurance services. My team and I help drivers with Auto Insurance,

families with Life and Health Insurance, and business owners with Business Insurance. We can

also help protect your belongings with Home, Renters, and Condo Insurance, whether you live in a

house, condo, apartment, or dorm.

I am a lifelong Louisville resident and I love my community. In addition to helping people navigate

the complexities of insurance, I give back by supporting numerous local nonprofits. I am married

with three children and recently became a new grandparent! When I’m not in the office, you might

find me hiking, cycling, spending time with family, or playing with my dog.
